Ordering

What is the minimum order?

Our standard minimum is 50 balls per style. Smaller keepsake or sample runs can be quoted case by case.

Is there a maximum order size?

No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for franchises, brands, and national programs.

Can I order a sample before a bulk run?

Yes. We offer paid pre-production samples and proofs so you can approve the real ball before committing to the full quantity.

Can I mix styles or colors in one order?

Yes. You can combine logo, text, photo, wedding and tournament balls in one order, split them across ball models and print positions, and still have the whole quantity count toward the same volume price.

Can I reorder later and match my last batch?

Yes. We keep your artwork, Pantone colors, and specs on file so reorders match your previous run.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?

No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is locked and production begins.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are best. If you only have a photo or PNG, our designers recreate it print-ready for free.

I don’t have a logo — can you help?

Yes. Our design team can build print-ready artwork from a reference, a sketch, or just your brand name.

Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?

Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both the balls and the packaging so your colors are consistent.

Can you personalize each ball individually?

Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names or numbers and we can individually personalize balls — common for teams, challenges, and member kits.

How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited. We revise the mockup as many times as needed until you approve, always free.

What branding methods do you offer?

Pad printing on the dimpled Surlyn cover is the standard — up to four spot colors, cured so the mark survives cart paths, range mats and ball washers. For photos, gradients and detailed crests we use full-color UV digital printing. Either method comes in single position or double position, so your artwork shows however the ball lands, and we can print matching sleeves, boxes and insert cards.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

About three weeks from approved mockup. Rush production is available for firm deadlines.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes. Tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm whether rush can hit it and what it costs.

Where do you ship?

Nationwide across the US, with international shipping available on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, weight, and destination. We can also ship to multiple addresses.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

If anything arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved mockup, we remake the affected items. The free approval step exists so there are no surprises. See our Return Policy.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom golf balls cost?

Pricing is by quote and depends on the ball model, the quantity, how many print colors your artwork needs, and whether you print one position or two. Larger runs and simpler artwork bring the per-ball price down, and packaging is quoted alongside. Send your logo and a rough quantity and you get a written number within one business day, or see each product page for the ball models and print options.

Why don’t you list exact prices?

Price depends on quantity, ball style, and decoration, so a quote is the only accurate number. We respond within one business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established businesses and institutions.

Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?

Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, send it over and we’ll do our best to beat it.

Product & Care

What colors and finishes are available?

White is the classic, with high-visibility yellow, orange, pink and green available on most models, in gloss or matte cover finish. Print colors are matched to your exact Pantones, and you can split one order across ball colors — white for the pro shop, yellow for the scramble.

Are your golf balls legal for tournament play?

Yes. The two- and three-piece models we print on are standard rules-conforming balls, so they are fine for league nights, club events and handicap rounds — printing your logo does not change that. If the balls are for a driving range or a practice program instead, tell us and we will quote range models.

How do I care for the balls?

They need almost none. Rinse mud off with water and a towel — the cured print handles ball washers and range mats without scuffing away. Store unopened cases somewhere dry and out of prolonged heat; a summer in a hot trunk is the only thing that ages a ball early.
